Creator Guidelines

XclusiveContent exists to help Indian creators build real, sustainable income from their audiences. We believe in creative freedom — but creative freedom comes with responsibility. These Creator Guidelines set the standard for content, conduct, and community that every creator must meet.

These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service and carry the same legal weight. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of earnings, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account or post content.
• All individuals who appear in your content must be 18 or older at the time the content was created. If requested, you must be able to provide age verification documentation for all individuals who appear in your content.
• You may not create content that involves the presence of minors in any sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate context — even if they are clothed.
• Content that could be used to groom, exploit, or endanger children in any way is strictly forbidden.

The following content is never permitted under any circumstance:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, in any format.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — commonly known as “revenge porn”. You must have the express, ongoing, documented consent of every person who appears in intimate content.
• Hate speech — content that attacks individuals or groups based on caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or national origin.
• Terrorism and extremism — content that promotes, glorifies, recruits for, or provides material support to terrorist or extremist organisations, including any organisation banned under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
• Doxxing and harassment — publishing private personal information about another person (real name, address, workplace, phone number) without consent to intimidate or harm them.
• Credible threats of violence against any individual or group.
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide without appropriate context and resources.
• Fraudulent or deceptive content — including false testimonials, fake investment advice, scam schemes, or impersonating another creator, brand, or public figure.
• Illegal drug promotion — content that solicits, facilitates, or celebrates the purchase or use of controlled substances.

XclusiveContent permits mature content (nudity, adult themes) subject to the following conditions:

• You must clearly mark your creator page as “Adult Content” in your profile settings before posting any mature content.
• All participants must be 18 or older. You are solely responsible for verifying and documenting this.
• All content must be fully consensual. Consent must be ongoing and verifiable.
• You must comply with all applicable Indian law, including Section 67A of the IT Act, 2000, and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.
• Content depicting or simulating non-consensual acts in a positive or normalising manner is strictly prohibited even if labelled as fictional.

We reserve the right to remove any mature content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates Indian law or our policies.

• Only post content that you own or have explicit written permission to use commercially. This includes music, film clips, artwork, photos, software, and brand assets.
• Using copyrighted music as a background to your content without a licence is infringement. Use royalty-free or licensed music only.
• Do not repost another creator's exclusive content, even if you subscribe to them. This is a direct violation of copyright and our Terms.
• If you receive a copyright complaint against your content, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond. Repeated violations will result in account termination under our repeat infringer policy.

• Be who you say you are. Impersonating another creator, celebrity, brand, or public figure is prohibited and may constitute fraud under Indian law.
• You may use a pseudonym or stage name. However, your account information on file with us must be accurate and real.
• If you use AI-generated content or deepfakes, you must clearly disclose this to your subscribers. Undisclosed synthetic media that is deceptive is prohibited.
• Do not falsely represent earnings, subscriber counts, or success metrics to attract subscribers or sponsors.

• You must interact with fans in a respectful manner. Harassment, abuse, or manipulation of fans is prohibited.
• You may not solicit fans to conduct transactions outside the Platform in order to avoid platform fees. This will result in permanent termination.
• Do not use the DM system to spam fans with unsolicited commercial messages beyond your own content announcements.
• Do not pressure fans into purchases or use manipulative dark patterns in your communications.

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Guidelines, please report it immediately:

All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We aim to review urgent reports (child safety, threats of violence) within 2 hours. All other reports within 24–48 hours.

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: First-time, minor violations may receive a written warning.
• Content removal: Violating content will be removed, with or without notice.
• Temporary suspension: Repeat or more serious violations may result in a temporary account freeze.
• Permanent termination: Severe violations (especially those involving illegal content) will result in immediate, permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Law enforcement referral: Illegal content will be reported to relevant Indian law enforcement and, where applicable, international bodies (e.g., NCMEC for CSAM).

We do not offer appeals for terminations involving child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or repeated non-consensual intimate imagery violations.

These Guidelines may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or community standards. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
